BMW is a brand characterized by its innovation, but especially by adapting quickly to new digital technologies. This is why it was time to do a relaunch for the connected services.

The complexity of this project was not only to simplify, modernize and create new features for BMW connected services, but also to completely adapt them for MINI, this has been a big challenge because the values, character and essence of each brand should not be lost, in order to drive perception, maintain and increase customer loyalty with the corresponding brand.

Additionally the possibility to scale the new design and features to the connected services App, giving the user the possibility to control their car from any location and platform.
